You will need to present your vaccination card with two doses. If you do not have a vaccination card, you need to present a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to your registration at the venue - on Friday, May 13th. If a test is not possible within that time frame, a COVID-19 rapid test will be mandated at the venue and the participant will have to cover the costs of the test. If the results are positive, the participant will be asked to return to their hotel and follow the government regulations.

No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event – unless the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, or you must withdraw your registration due to COVID-19 related issues. Registrations are non-transferable. Please do NOT sell your registration or ticket to anyone — including family, friends, or anyone online. Registration must be in the name of the qualified registrant upon arrival at the event, or the ticket will not be valid. A 3% processing fee will be withheld for all refunds.

To register you only need to go through the following steps:

2) Fill in the form and submit it

3) The shopping cart will appear on your screen for you to click on the orange button

4) You will be directed to the payment page where you will be able to choose from Express Checkout / Paypal, or first fill in your information and then pay with your preferred credit card

5) You will receive a confirmation message and a Welcome Email. Your purchase will be recorded as Janus & Co LLC, which is our partner and event organizer
