The Panama Convention Center (PCC) is the largest, most technologically advanced, convention center in the region with a capacity of up to 23,000 guests. The impressive structure is strategically located on the banks of the canal, on Amador road, and stands out for its modern design.
Only a ten-minute drive from the heart of Panama City, the PCC is close to restaurants, hotels, historical sites, and museums like the Biomuseo.

Panama is a country on the isthmus linking Central and South America. In the capital, Panama City, modern skyscrapers, casinos and nightclubs contrast with colonial buildings in the Casco Viejo district and the rainforest of Natural Metropolitan Park.
The Tocumen International Airport (PTY) is located approximately 13 miles away from downtown. It takes approximately 16 min to drive from the airport to Panama City. There are regular direct flights to all United States major flight hubs from Panama City. And, there are direct flights to Canada, Europe, Central America, and South America. Direct flights to 7 cities in Brazil, other direct flights to the Americas, including: Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela.
The average temperature fluctuates between 70 to 85 F (21-29 Celsius).
Travelers will not have to present a negative COVID-19 test for entry as long as they can provide physical or digital proof of a complete vaccination. Non-vaccinated travelers will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken no more than 72 hours prior to their arrival time in Panama.
Covid Information
We will require participants to present a negative covid test taken no more than 72 hours prior to event registration, on May 13th at 3PM EST. If you are vaccinated with two doses, you do not need to present a negative covid test.
If you cannot take a covid test within that time frame, a COVID-19 rapid test will be mandated at the venue and the participant will have to cover the cost of testing. If the results are positive, the participant will be asked to return to their hotel and follow the government regulations.

We have partnered with HOVER TOURS, DMC expert in transportation and tourism. They will provide all transportation needs from the airport to your hotel, and from hotel to the venue.
The cost of this transportation will be covered by each participant.
